A New Chapter. Same ColorLab.
ColorLab is under new ownership and entering an exciting new chapter.
For our clients, the important thing to know is simple: the people, service, and relationships you know aren’t changing.
Existing projects, contracts, quotes, warranties, deposits, credits, and account relationships will continue as normal. Our team and primary contact information also remain the same.
There are a few administrative updates you’ll need to make, including our legal entity information, remittance information, and new location. Everything you need can be found below.

Yes. ColorLab is under new ownership and we’re excited about this next chapter for the company.
Is ColorLab becoming a different company?
ColorLab is now operating as ColorLab LLC under new ownership. The ColorLab team, services, and client relationships you know will continue.
What is changing for existing clients?
Very little.
Your existing relationships with our team and the way we serve you remain the same. The primary changes you’ll notice are our new location and updated accounting and remittance information.
Will anything change with my current projects?
No. Existing projects will continue without interruption.
Are my existing quotes and proposals still valid?
Yes. Existing ColorLab quotes and proposals remain valid according to their original terms.
Are my existing contracts still valid?
Yes. Existing client contracts will continue as normal.
Will ColorLab continue to honor existing warranties?
Yes. Existing ColorLab warranties will continue to be honored.
Are my ColorLab contacts changing?
No. You can continue working with the same ColorLab team and contacts you work with today.
Is ColorLab moving?
Yes, but not far.

Beginning September 1, clients can visit our team and pick up projects at our new facility.
Do I need to update ColorLab in our accounting or vendor system?
Yes. Because ColorLab is operating as ColorLab LLC with updated tax and remittance information, we recommend updating your vendor records.
